POOR QUALITY BEDS
Sealy, owned by BRAVO BRANDS in South Africa, your quality has really declined. Using inferior/ s**** timber for making beds.

PATHETIC SERVICE
Pathetic Service from " The Courier Guy", mishandling/abuse of packaging. They make you sign an indemnity and fail to acknowledge responsibility. Don't use them.

SEALY, VERY BAD QUALITY
BRAVO Group, owner of Sealy SA. now uses s**** timber for the manufacture of their beds. The timber frame work on the inside, is disgusting, it has mold and fungi. In no way_ what_ soever, is Sealy living up to its claim statements. CLAIM STATEMENT : Sealy Crown Jewel beds are in a class of their own. YES, YES, YES, MADE WITH S**** TIMBER, and poor quality standards, and vey bad customer service.

VERY BAD SERVICE
Besides myself many other customers report having their claims unfairly rejected, often citing policy exclusions. consultants giving conflicting information, and a general lack of empathy during stressful situations. How can my premiums be good enough to pay for years, but my claims rejected for technicality of wording. MVIA GIVES OLD MUTUAL A BAD NAME.

Terrible Service
Terrible service. Most unprofessional group of people. Every excuse not to pay. Consultants give you a whole lost of bull****. MVIA just gives Old Mutual a bad name.
