I have complained about the back pain caused by the bed. The mattress was approved, and I paid the required fee, but it has been more than a month now and no one is informing me about the mattress exchange in Atteridgeville.

I have purchased four beds of your brand, and I am struggling with every claim. Your team is not assisting me at all. Please stop referring me to the store. When I went to the store, I specifically chose your brand, Sealy.I have already explained that I do not have enough money for another bed exchange. Please offer me a discount for this exchange as well. The bed is not used every day; I only use it when I visit Limpopo. This issue is due to poor quality or workmanship. I have already returned three beds with complaints.Reference: S380357
