A replacement Sealy Ultra Plush mattress that was recently made up and delivered to me approximately a month and a half ago by Bravo Brands seem to have a fault again. This is after my initial mattress collapsed within the first month of purchase.
Both my husband and I have been experiencing significant back discomfort since using this new mattress. We have followed the care instructions carefully, including rotating the mattress every two weeks and thought maybe our backs just needed to adjust to it but the issue persists.
Given the discomfort and the fact that the original model was discontinued, I am concerned that this particular mattress design may have inherent issues possibly the reason for its discontinuation. After sending emails about my complain for a month and half ago there is bo response from Sealy or Bravo Brands. Cheap quality of beds even for a R35 000 Sealy matress!!!
