I am extremely disappointed with Planet Fitness Platterkloof. Really pathetic service!!! I was in contact with a sales person Zugi for 2 weeks and gave me misleading information without me even know. I made two appointments to meet with him at the gym and all two appointments he assigns other consultants to assist. Due to the incorrect information we had canceled our contract one day after signing. Really disappointed for such a large entity. Stay clear from Planet Finess Platterkloof!!!
I am utterly disgusted at the lies you receive from the owner of Coco Vogue Cresenthia September. For a Christian owned business which quotes Bible scriptures at the entity its really discussing. I paid for a treatment on the 12 November and I tried for a whole month to get an appointment for the 12th Dec. The receptionist stuffed up my appointments 3 times. Eventually I called in on the 12th Dec and was quite upset. The owner herself spoke to me regarding the appointment and asked me if I was the one who wrote a review on her business and when I said yes she told me t9 email her my bank details and she will do a refund when she can. I emailed regarding my refund every week there after for 6 weeks and heard nothing. I wrote another Google review and she responds that this was resolved on the 2nd Jan yet I heard nothing from the owner and the salon (such lies) and that they have a no refund policy. I am in utter shock that small businesses operate in such a ********* way. And I have spent alot of money on previous treatments and I was unsold products which I even purchased. So I guess you want to rob me of a R1000 with a no refund and you are unable to provide me with an appointment either because I tried for a month!!! What a joke really both the owner and staff!!! I will be reporting this to the Consumer Protection as well!!!
I have been trying to make a booking for my second session microblading treatment for the past month now. The WhatsApp line was hacked so there wasn't much response and even the same before it was hacked. The phone lines no one answers so I decided to come into the salon yesterday around 1:30pm and a medium complexion lady who had her hair straightened assisted with making the appointment for today at 3pm. I rock up at the salon with my towels only to be told that my appointment is at 4pm today. I would have never made my appointment for so late due to me having to fetch my daught from creche so it was definitely an error from your side and due to fetching my toddler i had to reschedule the appointment. The receptionist tried to assist, however shes new herself and advised she can do Monday at 2pm and can only block off the time for me but not make the booking because I now need to pay a cancelation fee. Im just horrified at the level of service I have been receiving from Coco vougue and especially given the fact that I come in quite abut for treatments. I asked to get the owners number but unfortunately I can only send an email to this email address were everyone receives mail on. Please can this be resolved soonest as I advised the lady yesterday I am leaving on holiday soon and would like to get my brows done before I leave.
There was an online special Makro recently had on a Christmas tree. When I tried to purchase two of the promotional trees, the system only allowed me to check out with one late Saturday night. I went ahead and completed the purchase for the single unit. The following day, I returned to purchase the second tree, but I noticed that the promotional price had increased by R700, and the special was no longer available. Since the system prevented me from purchasing both items during the promotion, I kindly requested Makros assistance in allowing me to purchase the second tree at the original promotional price and was declined by Makro yet they had a system glitch. Really wont shop at Makro again because this is misleading!!!
My husband took out a contents cover with Outsurance beginning of the year and the sales consultant who sold him the policy advised that everything loose we own is covered by Outsurance. Now we have a problem with accidental damage to our couch and automatically its not covered yet we requested the call recording and it clearly stipulates by the consultant that our sofas are also covered for any damage!!! This is just a terrible insurance company.
A replacement Sealy Ultra Plush mattress that was recently made up and delivered to me approximately a month and a half ago by Bravo Brands seem to have a fault again. This is after my initial mattress collapsed within the first month of purchase. Both my husband and I have been experiencing significant back discomfort since using this new mattress. We have followed the care instructions carefully, including rotating the mattress every two weeks and thought maybe our backs just needed to adjust to it but the issue persists. Given the discomfort and the fact that the original model was discontinued, I am concerned that this particular mattress design may have inherent issues possibly the reason for its discontinuation. After sending emails about my complain for a month and half ago there is bo response from Sealy or Bravo Brands. Cheap quality of beds even for a R35 000 Sealy matress!!!
Never again would I use or recommend to anyone this pathetic company called moving by faith. I booked a share load for my furniture to be fetched from Durban and delivery in Cape town, once I paid half deposit which they requested they got an outsourced company to fetch my stuff and then requested full payment. They gave me an approximate delivery date and everytime my husband and I followed up beacuse we stayed at an airbnb waiting on our furniture, the lady Renita kept giving us the outsourced companys numbers to follow up with. Yet I paid and booked with Moving by faith. She kept blocking my husband and I on whatsapp and kept ignoring our messages and calls yet she gave us an approximate date. She even went as far as telling my husband it's not as if yourll paid R35000 and if you message me again I will block you on Whstsapp!! In my opinion her attitude is just as pathetic as her service. All we needed was our stuff and we received no proper feedback as to where it was. Our stuff arrived 2 weeks later and the breakages was so much. Till date I never received an apology let alone a follow up to see if my stuff has arrived. Surely something should be done with such a company like this and a poor excuse for inhumane people!!! So much for a Christian company really. Bunch of racist jokes!!
I'm so disappointed with dial direct and their pathetic service!!!i have a query with them for the past 2 months regarding my cash back that I haven't received and no one gets back to you or help resolve anything!!! Poor service
I have recently visited Foschini in Vryheid and the service I received from the store manager Natalia regarding a return was absolutely discussing!!! She lacks managerial s****s and is such a rude and abrupt person. It's so sad that the staff have to deal with her has a manager because she disrespects them and regards them as nothing!!! I have found her to be racist yet so incompetent. I will never visit Foschini Vryheid ever again!!! Both my family and I have decided to sacrifice the drive and visit Foschini Newcastle where the service is expectional.
