I bought my Sealy bed less than three years ago, and it is already sagging badly. For the price paid and the guarantees advertised, this is extremely disappointing.
I have emailed Sealy and received no response at all — not even an acknowledgement. The company promotes strong warranties and quality, but when you actually need assistance, there is complete silence.
Paying this much for a bed and receiving this level of service is unacceptable. I expect urgent feedback and a proper resolution.
