I bought my Sealy bed less than three years ago, and it is already sagging badly. For the price paid and the guarantees advertised, this is extremely disappointing. I have emailed Sealy and received no response at all — not even an acknowledgement. The company promotes strong warranties and quality, but when you actually need assistance, there is complete silence. Paying this much for a bed and receiving this level of service is unacceptable. I expect urgent feedback and a proper resolution.
Went to buy me coffee and get some coffee grinds for my garden at Vida in penlyn estate only to be told that they dont have the packaging to store it, they dont have place to store it and that they throw it away. Seems they are selective in which area they wana save the environment
Never gets back to you. Makes you wait 20minutes at a time when calling into the customer service line. Drops your call constantly and you have you call in again. You'll spend more airtime than what your medical bill was.

Last year I was in South Africa and went to Telkom in Kenilworth Centre to find out when my Telkom internet contracts are ending. I was told it would in April 2017. Last month I noticed that instead of the normal debited amount from my account which was R328- R99 for Smart Internet 2.5Gb and R199 for Smart Internet 5Gb, Telkom debited an amount of R620.85. When I queried this extra cost they simply emailed me a statement that I already had with no explanation to the extra costs. I immediately sent them an email to cancel my contracts and have this not received any reply and still continue to receive a monthly bill from them.

I have since noticed on my latest statement that the same products have increased to:

R905 Smart Internet 5Gb a 454% increase from the original monthly price

R505 Gb Smart Interment 2.5Gb a 510% increase from the original monthly price

These increases alone are plain ridiculous and that fact that I am being charged for it even though I have sent Telkom the cancellation form is unacceptable.

So overall they are charging me R1082 more a month for a service which I wanted cancelled!!!!

My advice to anyone looking to get internet- STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM. THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!!! I am out of the country and can only communicate via email!!!!

#telkom500perecentincreases #whatkakisthis #kakservice #heartattackbill #stayawayfromtelkom #telkominflation500perecent #stayawayfromtelkom #fromr99tor50*****onth #fromr199tor90*****onth #telkomsmoereinflation #

I complained on hello peter about telkom mobile charging me extra on last months debit order. they replied and requested I send them an email to **********

I did this and days later no reply. Whats the point really. I also emailed ********** with no reply either.

They offer zero customer service really

This month Telkom simply charged me an extra R300 on my account- Almost double the nomrall monthly debit.

I dont understand how this is possible as when my data is used up for the month on either contract I have with Telkom I can not use the internet and it is a closed-end contract. Ive emailed their accounts department with no reply.
