Admin and customer service are so poor. Trying to make a booking at the Spa is an absolute nightmare. Phonecalls not returned. When you finally get an invoice demanding payment within 24 hours then the day, times and treatment details are wrong. Trying to get the invoice corrected is clearly asking way too much. Have had 2 incorrect invoices. After a week of back and forth I have cancelled my booking - just cant risk it. I cant believe how customers are simply ignored.
