I wanted to share a concern as a regular customer who genuinely enjoys your coffee. Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve repeatedly been told that your system is offline whenever I try to redeem my free coffee reward. As you know, customers earn a free cup after purchasing 10, so it’s something I look forward to as a small treat. Unfortunately, it’s been frustrating not being able to redeem this reward due to ongoing system issues. It does feel a bit unfair, as the benefit becomes inaccessible despite meeting the requirements. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and ensure the system is consistently available, or provide an alternative way to redeem rewards when offline.
