Stay away.
One cannot even say worst service, because they give no service. I have been emailing them to clear my name but emails are being ignored for weeks now. It is useless to phone them because you are being sent from pillar to post. It is frustrating and demoralising to struggle like this. I cancelled my debt review with them 2 years ago precisely because of the lack of service and communication and now that I have paid of my accounts I have to struggle again to get my name cleared.

Stay away.

SCAMMERS!!!
They tell me that my debt review is suspended due to non compliance... my debt is paid up and they actually owe me according to the distribution email which I receive every month! Clear my name and give my money back... this is a scam! Never, never use these people to help, they over debit you and then tell you that you owe them after your debt is settled they take more money! All my accounts are in ZERO! I have confirmed with creditors now send me the letter to clear my name.

Clearance certificate being held hostage
It's been 6 months since I paid up all my debt and the clearance certificate was never sent. I have sent countless emails trying to get this resolved but it's just delay tactic after delay tactic. 1st they tell me I did not pay ABSA VAF, and I resend them the paid up letter sent in March already. Then they say there is still an outstanding payment on a credit card, and I explain to them I never had a credit card. Each time I have to follow up, I get no correspondence when these issues come up (ie. ABSA / credit card). And yet I am still waiting for someone to call me or just send me my clearance certificate as this is affecting me from getting a job and 6 months is absolutely too long to wait for an update?

Second chances do exist
I have been under Debt Review since Nov 2015 and although this has been a long journey, my name will finally be cleared by April this year all thanks to Second Chance Debt Review. I will recommend you guys to anyone who needs financial rescue. Thank you guys- now i can breathe and look for another job :-)
