So apparently the people at My Debt Hero are blocking my reviews from being published, as they do not want people to see the bad service they do actually provide - yes I'm talking about you Chantal and Alex. Well here's a nice review: If ignoring emails and not attending to queries is the norm, then I must say you are doing an excellent job. If not reading emails correctly and responding to incorrect queries is the norm, then you are doing amazing. If I have to copy the entire company in to get a response is the norm, then you are doing amazing, because that is what it took to finally get somebody to attend to my query. Long story short, and 2 weeks later, somebody decided to attend to my query which literally took a few minutes to resolve, but it was dragged out for over 2 weeks, because nobody would respond to my incessant emails. And the more I ask them not to call me, the more they call - no thanks, I am not answering any calls from you, I want everything in writing... so please DO NOT CALL ME EVER AGAIN, I WILL NOT ANSWER.

So every time I write a review about this company, they request it to be removed because they do not want people to know about the incompetence and terrible service that they provide? Instead they keep calling me to change my rating? I will never change my rating because your service is appaulling and that's a FACT!!!!!
It is with a heavy heart I write this review. After 2 weeks of sending emails and being ignored after I was told I would be attended to in 48-72hrs (now 2 weeks later), one Alex 1st gives me factually incorrect information & a textbook answer.... Eventually after he took the time to properly read my query, he then says the turn-around time is 15 days.... But low and behold, in matter of minutes by one Chantal, after having to pay a R500 "bribe" (2 weeks later) my query is resolved... After I had to copy 20 other people in in the hopes of somebody responding. They have no regard for people and can't be bothered with any level of service, always just giving textbook answers but never resolving any issues until you start amking threats then suddenly you get their attention..... Pathetic service to say the least, I am so happy I am done with this company and it's terrible service.
I WISH YOU PEOPLE WOULD STOP CALLING AND HARASSING ME, I DID NOT CONSENT TO HARASSMENT AND THIS IS BEYOND ANNOYING.

After waiting almost 2 weeks for a clearance certificate, then suddenly my emails were ignored, then suddenly one Alex responds on an email from 2 years ago where I was enquiring on how the process works, telling me you need to 1st pay up all accounts to get a clearance certificate, when my most recent email was me sending them my final paid up letter to get a clearance certificate (somebody obviously did not read the mails and just gave a textbook answer), eventually after a whole lot of back and forth, he finally read the correct email and came back with a response and finally after loosing my toilet-stuff and now copying everybody and their mothers on my emails one Chantal Mans finally takes 2.5 seconds and R500 bribe money later to send me a clearance certificate (even though Alex said the turn-around time is 15 days) low & behold it was done in a matter of minutes?
That Mpho at Total on Albertina Sisulu Rd opposite BP garage, so rude and disrespectful, telling me I must not drive a BMW if I can't afford to make it full tank, like where is your BMW Mpho?
So annoyed with this new Showmax.... From day 1 after they changed it I was annoyed, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but almost everyday I'm finding something else that annoys me about it: 1. You can no longer remove/delete shows from 'Continue Watching" menu. If you click a show thinking this looks interesting, and you no longer want to watch it, it's there for life 2. When done watching a movie or series, it just automatically starts playing a movie or series it thinks you will be interested in. Not just a preview, it starts playing the show... and now it's stuck in my 'Continue Watching' menu 3. You can no longer preview shows from the menu items by hovering over it

Thanks to Ricky at Spar the Zone for resolving my complaint, no questions asked... I had been battling with Spar Head Office for almost 3 weeks, as they had advertised "receive a free 3lt Spar Cola with every purchase that Friday" and failed to deliver my FREE Cola with my order. The more I kept telling this Glenda Turpin lady at H/O I did not buy the cola, it was a promotion Spar was running, she just kept insisting I didn't buy the Coke, so they can't refund me, and the more I kept telling her, I don't want a refund, I just want my free Cola that was advertised, the more she just kept insisting there was no Cola on my Order....... Finally after 3 weeks of back & forth with Glenda, Ricky called and said he does not know why they did not refer it to his Store in the 1st place, and that I can collect the cola or he can deliver it..... matter resolved, quick & easy!
