ASAP order never delivered but app says delivered... was told its escalated but have been given no further information or even told the name of the person or department handling the matter! Pathetic service to say the least. It's worse than dealing with a government institution!

She went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining authorization for my 12-month-old baby's hospital admission due to food poisoning—at 11 PM, no less. Her efficiency, compassion, and dedication during such a stressful time meant the world to me. Beyond that, Cody-Allen has also provided outstanding support with my claims submissions, ensuring a seamless process. She even took the time to check in on us afterward, demonstrating a level of care and service that is truly rare. Since joining Discovery Medical Aid in 2011, I have never encountered such phenomenal service. Received a broken item but was informed I have to go to the store to return the item, this is very wrong because I ordered an item which was supposed to be fixed but got a broken item so come fetch it the same way you brought it and refund me.
I have requested multiple times to be contacted to verify but no one is contacting me? I have gotten whatsapp saying someone will help but after 2 days of waiting I'm annoyed. Please get someone t9 contact me urgently to sort this out... I don't have much time left to verify.

I logged a complaint, corrected my claim details and sent it to your escalations department and have not heard a single thing please can someone respond?
Why do you not respond to my queries? It's unacceptable I've been loyal to FNB for years and my issues are not being resolved.
