Unbelievably bad service and incompetent
Don't waste your time with these people. I asked them Friday morning if they would be able to fix my garage door. They said yes in the afternoon, but they cannot give me a time. I phoned them 15:45 in the afternoon to ask for an eta. The person told me they phoned me and I did not answer, I said that is not true. Then when he read my number back to me it was incorrect and the reason it was incorrect is because he wrote it down incorrectly from caller ID. He said he takes full responsibility for his mistake but they will only be able to help me on Monday now. Even though they only close at 17:00 and it is 15:45. That is not taking responsibility, that is making a stupid mistake and telling your client, well now that is your problem. Now I took leave from work for no reason and now I must do it again Monday for these people. I see there are a lot better companies out there that are will to help. Hydro doors said they will come help me on Saturday. Will comment tomorrow if that was a success and if it is, I would highly recommend going to them first.

25 Nov 2019, 06:11Hi Martin, I thought Facebook was enough for you to do this? You are being completely unreasonable, defamatory and slanderous now. I replied to this exact message on Facebook. If an apology on the phone and on facebook was not enough for you to forgive a human error then I cannot help you at all.

Hi Martin, I thought Facebook was enough for you to do this? You are being completely unreasonable, defamatory and slanderous now. I replied to this exact message on Facebook. If an apology on the phone and on facebook was not enough for you to forgive a human error then I cannot help you at all.

25 Nov 2019, 08:32Hi, I posted this before your Facebook response. Please go read the definition of defamatory and slanderous. As you are using words you obviously do not know the definition of. The part of defamation you are missing is " a false statement about another ". Like I already told you on my facebook response, my entire statement is factual and I do have proof to back it up. It does not help anyone if you apologies for your error and then to nothing to solve it. I have a right to express my experience and if you are ashamed of your service, look at fixing it instead of trying to blame me for pointing it out. Also Hydro Doors & Gates (Pty) Ltd fixed my door Saterday morning and it was a pleasure using their services and I also rated them on all the platforms I rated you guys on.
