Relief fund failure???

We run a registered small business and have been hit hard finically with the Covid 19 outbreak. We followed all the steps and submitted an application for relief funs to SMMMErelief@seda.org.za on 3 April 2020. We have not received a response. The 086 number does not give you an option to enquire about your application!
