Complete bad and disappointing experience with Woodfords CT , rented a vehicle for 5 days and extended on the 5th day for an additional 4 days. Everyone was copied in on the email from Central Reservations....a overly zealous manager gives the instruction to have the vehicle disabled. I have emailed requesting an explanation...to date nothing. Do not trust these people!!!!!
Went to Kwik-fit mitchells plain for aligment and wheel balancing. R300 combo deal. Tech calls me, Chambers needs a justment. Me being trusting and planning our holiday where I will be towing a trailer I thougth it best to do it. R500 extra for the 2 mins extra time spent. As I leave I noted i didn't recieve the printout of the aligment and requested it. And guess what! There was nothing wrong with the Chambers!...thiefs!!!....I challenged them and they then gave me some **** and bull story and I ended up only paying the R300.
Dropped my (Eskomloadsheddingsurgedameged) Tv off at Mastercare Maitland, Naushad ensures me we will have the techs report by Monday morning and due to me having meetings in Atlantis i can collect the part at Hisense Atlantis plant. After a zillion calls with no luck! Central number refuses to transfer the call to Maitland branch. ****ty service man...wish i checked the Hello Peter reviews before taking the set to them!!!!!

We followed all the steps and submitted an application for relief funs to SMMMErelief@seda.org.za on 3 April 2020. We have not received a response. The 086 number does not give you an option to enquire about your application!
Ive had a LG G 4 for 5 months and it started having the Lg admitted \bootloop\" error. I was instructed by Lg call centre to return it to MTN. It was taken and booked for repair assessment 2 weeks ago. On following up with Mtn on numerous occasions as to when i will receive my cellphone, i was told LG has not sent the replacement motherboard. How is this ethical when they, Lg know about the \"bootloop\" issue for a while! LG when will i receive my cellphone? "
I made a loan with Get Bucks and part of the options was insurance. I communicated that i do not need life insurance, which i communicated via email as well. I noticed on my monthly bank statement that they have been deducting money which i never gave permission for. When i called the they referred me from pillar to post and no one could give me a straight answer. I spoke to Joyi, doubt its her real name, she would constantly tell me to hold while she speaks to someone after i asked her a question. She refused to give me the contact number of the Customer Service person, Kerri and manager Dickens. This is unacceptable!
Edgar's, Mitchell's Plain is the highest grossing Edgar's store in South Africa. This has we wondering what they give back to the people of Mitchell's Plain. I called the branch, spoke to Benita ( Store Manager) who says she cant give me any information and need to speak to head office. I called head office and spoke to Piet and a lady (cant remember her name) She got agitated concerning the questions i was asking:<br> - What is Edcon giving back to Mitchell's Plain?<br> - Who are the beneficiaries?<br> - When are these projects taking place?<br> I have many more question but lets see if they respond to this first.
I lost my wedding ring , which was made buy a Jeweler who has subsequently pass away. I found another Jeweler to make my ring and need to get Gold. I called Devan at Gold 360 and he said i can buy the 9Ct gold from them and emailed me as well. All excited i then called to confirm today and was told by Devan we don't sell Gold. I'm hugely disappointing! This is bad service and i want him to deliver on his promise as indicated in the email he sent me.
I called CellC direct for a new contract, i wanted the G4 which was out of stock, i then requested Note 4....same thing. i then asked Heather to give me some time to think about which device to take. Heather called me back and after a while i then settled on S6 + extra data. I received an sms stating approval . I then called to query delivery date and was informed that its only the sim and there is not stock of S6>>>>>. I then requested that they deal with it and asked how they would solve this issue. I just received a sms saying that i dont meet the criteria??? unsound practice!!!!!!
I went MTN Westgate Mall to cancel my bolt on data bundle last month but it was still loaded. The consultant who assisted me sent the relevant division and urgent mail requesting the cancellation.I've unsuccessfully tried the call center since beginning last month to cancel with no success.<br> I refuse to pay because they were duly informed to cancel!
