Bad service

Been trying to get hold of the Student Support in Vanderbijlpark, my phone gets answered and who ever answers it busy talking with the other stuff at the back, and is not hearing what I'm saying because he was entertaining his colleagues but not me.

Tried again twice, but then my calls gets rejected I dont know why. Those people at student support in Vanderbijlpark campus are not taking their jobs serious.
