I was in a situation whereby I couldn't afford to pay my creditors. Out of desperation, I came across debt busters info on 1 of the socials, left my info for them to contact me. I did not get full information about the debt review, only read the telephonic contract they sent after I had got it. Their contract said I can cancel the contract within 30 days if I'm not happy with what is stipulated in the contract. Ofcourse I was not happy with what was in the contract and I called in to cancel the contract. Only to find out that months after that this company has been going on my account trying to debit my account. 1 of their consultants called me months after that telling me that even if I had cancelled the contract my name will forever be under debt review. My life is stagnant now because of this, I cannot do anything. I think going to the ombudsman is the only way. I'm suing this company with every cent that I have got.
I have recently laid a complaint regarding the service I had to overcome recently regarding Spur Tennessee Kroonstad. Since I was only asked for my number 3 weeks back, but I have never had a response nor the resolution regarding my case. That branch in Kroonstad had lost their customer in me, and my friends
I was at KFC Kroonstad Checkers Centre earlier today, and I wanted to order Street Wise 3 pap. And one of the ladies, I did not take her name down, she made me taste the pap before giving me the order, and I confirmed that I wasn't well cooked as yet. Because I was on lunch and hungry I wanted a refund so that I go buy somewhere else, but there is a lady manager there who did not want to loose me as a customer. The lady offered me 2 mini loafs with Street Wise 3 chips. I know management on top there would say that was a loss to the company and want that lady manager to pay for those. But I left the store happy because of those 2 ladies. She is the best manager a customer could ask for. I also did not take her name down. But KFC Kroonstad Checkers Centre made me feel like a valuable customer today. I am happy with their service.
1st time booking this bua company and the experience is bad. I was supposed to be leaving from Kroonstad to CPT at 15:30 on the 16th October 2023 and at exactly 10:00am the same day, I was sent and SMS telling me that my bus was cancelled due to bus not having enough passengers. I called, but got an automated response telling me if I need a quick response, I should WhatsApp the company. As I held the line with hope, I ran out of airtime holding for a consultant for over 30min with no one picking up my call. I went to WhatsApp, sent them my ticket reference and my name as they requested. But they couldn't retrieve my ticket. They wanted my screenshot of which I did sent, waited for more than 35min again for them to tell me that they can rebook me for a bua departing at 21:30 getting to CPT at 12:50 of which I should be in CPT early hours of the 17th. I asked for a refund, but who ever was helping me, went offline, and left me hanging. Eagle Liner is bull**** of a company. Unreliable. I need my money back
I had R60 airtime and I have restricted/blocked using airtime when I don't have data. But to my surprise today when I wanted to buy data using Vodacom app, I realized that I'm left with R17. And Vodacom cannot assist me in checking what happened to my airtime. I'm disappointed in this network, for a very long time.
I cancelled my contract with this company a while back, all was communicated and I need to pay fr the cancellation fee, but instead the company still goes on my bank account to debit. Bad service indeed
KFC KROONSTAD Checkers Centre has a tendency of not cooking enjoyable food on weekends. I buy there every weekend, giving them a benefit of the doubt. But this has become a norm to them. Their PAP has lumps always on weekends, their sauce is always watery and not tasty at all. I've had it with KFC KROONSTAD CHECKERS CENTRE with this norm of theirs
Someone has contacted Vodacom wanting to perform a sim swap using my number, problem is I want to call Vodacom to speak to it's agents about this, but only do I get TOBI to try help with options that I don't even want. Can VODACOM please bring back an option where we have to choose to speak to consultants. We did not join the network to be transferred to a computerized answers that does not give us what we looking for.
I have unsubscribed from showmax few weeks back, and I even talked to 1 agent who confirmed that I deactivated my showmax account. But last week Saturday showmax unlawfully debited my account and for this I want to lay a charge.
Compliments to KFC Kroonstad (Rietz Street). I ordered Street wise 3 pap. I had a good meal I never had in year here. I'm a happy customer indeed
