Lack of Feedback on Internship Completion Portfolio

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism regarding my internship completion process. I completed my Business Management internship in April 2022 and submitted the necessary documents, including my portfolio, as required. Despite following up, I have received no feedback or acknowledgment.

In June 2024, I submitted my portfolio including logbook and supporting documents again, hoping to resolve the matter, but I am still waiting for any response. This is unacceptable, considering the importance of these documents for my career advancement.

I demand immediate clarification regarding my internship status and an explanation for this prolonged delay. Kindly resolve this issue as a matter of urgency.
