My experience with Sela Brokers and Hollard Insurance

I am deeply disappointed with how my claim has been handled. It’s been five months since the accident caused by their client, and there is still no resolution or meaningful progress. Communication has been sp****, unclear, and unhelpful.

My claim was frustratingly handed over to another party, apparently Hollard, but this has only deepened the confusion and incompetence. Neither Sela nor Hollard has taken responsibility or provided clarity.

As a third-party claimant, I expected a fair and efficient process. Instead, I’ve been left waiting, with no updates, no resolution, and no accountability.

I do not recommend dealing with Sela Brokers or Holland Insurance. Their lack of transparency and disregard for claimants’ concerns is unacceptable.
