Yaga’s service is truly exceptional. I encountered a problem with a ***** seller who attempted to **** me after a purchase. I emailed the Yaga support team immediately, and they acted quickly with resolving the matter. I received my full refund, free from any deductions. The seller was permanently banned from selling on their app. If you’ve been a victim of ****mers, Yaga is the most trustworthy platform to consider.
My experience with Hollard Insurance has been extremely disappointing. I have been dealing with Hollard’s agents for a third-party claim for over five months, and the process has been nothing but frustrating. Their agents have shown a lack of competence, urgency, and accountability. Communication is inconsistent and unhelpful. No clear updates or timelines are ever provided. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the claim remains unresolved with no outcome. The agents handling my case have made what should be a straightforward process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. This kind of service is unacceptable for a company of Hollard’s size and reputation. If you are considering Hollard, I would strongly advise caution. Their agents do not take responsibility, and you may find yourself waiting months with no progress.
My experience with Sela Brokers and Hollard Insurance I am deeply disappointed with how my claim has been handled. It’s been five months since the accident caused by their client, and there is still no resolution or meaningful progress. Communication has been sp****, unclear, and unhelpful. My claim was frustratingly handed over to another party, apparently Hollard, but this has only deepened the confusion and incompetence. Neither Sela nor Hollard has taken responsibility or provided clarity. As a third-party claimant, I expected a fair and efficient process. Instead, I’ve been left waiting, with no updates, no resolution, and no accountability. I do not recommend dealing with Sela Brokers or Holland Insurance. Their lack of transparency and disregard for claimants’ concerns is unacceptable.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOU GOOD PROMPTLY!!! I had a very bad experience. My partner had to cancel all his plans to receive the parcel on my behalf and the driver kept lying about his whereabouts and would give a straight answer to anything. At some point, he said he was a few minutes away from my place, 2 hours later I phoned him again and he said he was busy delivering around my area and was making his way to my place. He didn't show up and did not even bother to update me about my parcel. My partner was stuck in the house, afraid to go anywhere from morning to evening. I have never seen such an unprofessional person who gives zero respect to people’s time.
