BAD service and Lies about rules of termiantion

These people do not even deserve a 1 star. They lie and give *****ulent detail. i wanted my contract cancelled 10 mins after i received the phones. the 1 heated up in 10 minutes and the other, i have not even opened. Now i need to fight to get the contract closed but the sales consultant said 14 days to terminate. Now they are saying it takes 30 days and its been two days but no collection. Apparently, the open phone needs to go to OBF. So even though i said cancel, they still do not want.
