Bad service and debit orders

I'm not happy with Telkom service the so ******** and not trusted company to live to people standard casual they are disgrace their employees even agree the billing department always make mistake from their branch when I visited them. On the 16/07/24 next thing they had over while u paid them and debiting your before casual date of debit. People of South Africa I don't know which company for service provider out there is best but Telkom is worst of them all. Why because I was with Vodacom but was never ever debited my account the way Telkom did even on wrong dates messing with credit profile. It's even worse when you work for financial institution r credit is r baby must be clean. TELKOM it's a disgrace unfair treatment while I'm paying I have been calling them from June 21 of 2024 I have references but still nothing done all they know is to debit and handover you without service I receive a message this morning.  Telkom acc is handed over to NuDebt. Immediate payment is due. Call 0872848422 or reply YES for Callback.  While I even send them proof of payment and bank statements please people you don't want endup like me no to telkom don't go there. 

The only thing Telkom call you and answer no one respond than next is as if they rep**** to your claim I have references of my complain promise to call me. And 48 hours working pass but nothing as now they disconnect my Wifi after numerous times calling them to rectify their mistake. And only thing u receive its an sms telling that they had over while u pay never miss a payment. And again after Eft payment as client telkom it's really a **** to people. They ****med ND my family because they take money as they please. Yes I'm the one who gave them authority for R535 not more thn that but still they take R1600 something ND wrong debit dates please guys run away from Telkom.
