Last I write a review about telkom debit my account guys I thought is only than and is solve guess hayi to repeat bad habits of this **** company again. Guys it's three weeks now calling telkom billing department for over billing but nothing is happening instance I get more service with them. I mean I was over charged for 650 last month this month 710 for WiFi contract of 535 guys we budget for this thing. Not telkom taking my money as I make it clear I don't want an open contract but fixed amount every month as my budget don't allow it.. Even while you busy online with their consultant u hear a client says I have a problem with same company hayi guys..telkom is a **** I can never say more than enough Telkom used to big a big company in a mzansi now to this I want my money telkom. It's a useless company now to **** people and you don't even train your people for engaging with client instant make u feel you wrong for fighting for your rights twice in a year. Not only that but a repeat of last year Who is the CEO of this company what a bad reputation of this company Telkom you really dossapoit and your management I need you guys fix this as I want money. Agreement is R535.00 not all this money you debited in my account.
I have visited a store yesterday for shopping after they did not have stock the previous week for the product I was looking for than Yesterday I got it when I was about to pay the supervisor called Dipuo and her cashier were very rude especially Supervisor Dipuo she take the cup. Told me that she want to go I don't see the store lose now I waste their time mind u I was the with other client about to pay had a problem with my app she is a supervisor that time be rude to me on Bloemfontein Makro.
Good day As per previous email about telkom billing as I have encounter their billing way too high from agreement now in August the havent keep to their agreement again and double debit my account again by R1177. 00 which is not agreement. I have laugh complains through social media telkom and telephonical just waste of time and money this service provider called telkom is a **** daylight *******. No matter you visit one of their stores they really live up to telkom as ****ers because they will never help you please refund my money. I waited until 25th of June still nothing I called back on 25th for respond but still nothing On weekend this month I decided to call again and the cut my wifi disconnect it and I paid it with Eft after I did a reversal in my account since they don't came back to me. But still I'm disconnected and I did quiry the ridiculous amounts they take from my account they said refund will be done in 7 working days but still nothing my case is close without any communication. And they held me accountable for subscription that I don't even know and were put attention.please assist telkom is big company that take people for a ride and I'm really dossapoited to their services provider. I make an contract with Telkom for a wifi but nothing buy deceiving service provider now I'm calling them to cancel a contact that was taken up only in February 2024 was a telemarketing I regret that decision I was with Vodacom but was not a **** like telkom did with me money money they just take as the please and you log a query they never attend, I have been up and down I'm really dossapoited with their billing department.

The billing department of telkom it's bull **** and very much pathetic company as a whole don't live up to their value they must change their slogan. Period I have never came across to a company like that for service provider. Telkom debiting my account like madness and I have thousands complains. The promise to came back to you than nothing to see how pathetic they are South African don't make contract with Telkom as service provider I did everything but still nothing their review for service it's Zero. I have emails and like this but still nothing is been respond.
I have a contract with Telkom since March 2024 but the experience I have it's like it's years with their billing department and whole telkom pathetic people if I may say myself they promise to call you and resolve but never. I have been complaining about them and Now they put my account to debt review for what I don't know. As they take money as they please in my account and in wrong dates as well. And cutting my wifi connection plus while you paying them. And worse want to blacklist your name people of South Africa don't go to a service provider called telkom this other day a client to my work was complaining about Telkom as well I even advise a client go to hellopeter ND name them about their treatment as well since they not doing to rectify a mistake because I'm also a victim of their negligence because are really careless about clients they don't live to their logo shame.
I had a bad experience with Telkom as a new client to them I have a Wifi that was sold only in February by Telemarketing but it's been bad experience ever I called visited their branch in bloemfontein but no service at all, I open case with them Ref no 79496236. I'm really disappointed in their service they debit rediculars amount while debit was scheduled for 20 for R535 than R1623. 19 gone on the 16 yhoo guys please don't go to telkom it's bad service provider and their consultants ask me even my friends and family don't even collegue no to telkom.
