I was basically HARASSED every day by Selldirect of upgrading my Simcard with Telkom. After my Upgrade was done I now discovered that my Contract has been changed by the Consultant and I was not informed. Previously my SIM contract was where I could by the convenience of my own home buy Data and then billed to my Account of the current month. NOW, I have to go to a shop to buy my Data and No, I never buy Data on any APP. So I have contacted Selldirect but NOW every one ACTS stupid there. Suddenly the recording must be listened to before they will change anything on my Account. It puts me in a difficulty situation before an outcome will be given in only 7 days. I NEED THIS CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED. STUPID CONSULTANTS THAT READS FROM A LETTER TO CLIENTS AND when you ask something they cannot help you or will escalate and get back to you.
