I was basically HARASSED every day by Selldirect of upgrading my Simcard with Telkom. After my Upgrade was done I now discovered that my Contract has been changed by the Consultant and I was not informed. Previously my SIM contract was where I could by the convenience of my own home buy Data and then billed to my Account of the current month. NOW, I have to go to a shop to buy my Data and No, I never buy Data on any APP. So I have contacted Selldirect but NOW every one ACTS stupid there. Suddenly the recording must be listened to before they will change anything on my Account. It puts me in a difficulty situation before an outcome will be given in only 7 days. I NEED THIS CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED. STUPID CONSULTANTS THAT READS FROM A LETTER TO CLIENTS AND when you ask something they cannot help you or will escalate and get back to you.
Trace Alert - Credit Bureau ER Consulting Service 06.08.2021 unpaid After 4 years I have been handed over by ER Consulting for an account that has not been paid. 1st time ever I received this year in June 2025. Was at Greenacres Hospital and a Consultant confirmed that they cannot attend to this matter and referred me to JHB 0117064049 (Wonga). However I also requested that a "hold" should be added on this account but it seems I have now been Blacklisted and reflects on the Credit Bureau.
After running a Special on Dogfood by the Sunday nothing was left on the shelve - after speaking to 1 of the Employees that went to the Storeroom to double check confirming all stock has been packed out. However I as the client had to go to the Manager on Duty as he was well aware that I was enquiring about the Stock or "rain check" about the product. Not making anyeffort to come and speak to me as the client, just sitting behind the counter. I had to PAY UPFRONT for a product that they didn't have. It is the 1st time that I had to pay for this - I paid on 20.07.2025 and STILL WAITING FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE of phoning me back to tell me that the stock has arrived. I have been to the shop and seen the shelves are fully stocked. But up to now 01.08.2025 - No Phonecall as yet. Levyvale Spar you should learn a bit from your other Branches. Other Branches dont ask you to pay upfront for Bad Stock Levels. And I do hope the Owner get to read this.
After reading so many complaints about Finchoice. Guess its real How bad these guys are. I missed a Debit from last month due to they never did the Debit on the 25th as scheduled. Now, Im treated like a bad person. Their consultants ARE uneducated and RUDE. After confirming my Cash payment in June for the Debit of the specific amount. I ended confirming with a Ray (Floor Supervisor or what she might be) so ALL these calls are recorded. She just ignored me and proceeded with the double deduction. After checking I spoke to a Pamela (just shows how they dont know how the company works Dont even realise their operating hours was holding on for 5 minutes realising Collection Department are closed.
After a review last week about Hollywoodbets. Had 2 missed calls from Hollywoodbets hut never spoke to a Representative. Tte more I read about all the players on Hollywoodbets platform. But the more I think we are making Mr H....r richer (Founder of Hollywoodbets). I have spent thousands from October till now with no great winnings. Just a R150 or something and then suddenly you are losing Big time. I know Gambling is a Risk. But this is really insane. Some players are depending on a bit of winning but really not losing all the funds. I need to deactivate my Account number.
The more I see about Hollywoodbets the further more I need to move away. It seems I am not the only 1 that lost alot in December and January. Investigation shoukd start in the Company.
What a disgrace to get a Refund from Telkom. Double deducted on 2nd of October. Everytime when you speak to a consultant they either chew their lunch or the children are screaming and you CAN HARDLY hear what the call centre lady is saying. After sending my proof of payment twice in a week and 72 hours later. The payments has still not been allocated. When you ask for a Line Manager 10:00 in the morning. No one is available, suddenly on lunch. Come on your sevice is deteriorating. I spoke to Tulele now at 14:00 and when I asked a question again my call was dropped. ,.
Had an assessment of almost 30 minutes with a Consultant Lebogang and NEVER heard from her again.
Being called at 07:38 in the morning by Aria and telling as I said previously also raised my corncern with Ivan Chetty. They do colkecting with Mr Price and Mr Price themselve also mails me. I paid my Mr Price account in full in December and cannot understand why it has been handed over. They rather bombard me with continuesly calling me rather than contacting Mr Price and try to understand why it has been given to them.
Please don't ever TRUST Fresh Start Law Centre - Paid my fees. Still waiting for Liezl Jemies to come back to me - ignores now my telephonic appointments and emails. Keeps telling me that nothing can be picked up on my ID nr and now needs more copies of fingerprints just to fool me and extend their services - so that it looks like they are still busy - the more I read about their reviews seems they are stealing everyones money and EMPTY promises - really making everyone hopeful and all is LIES. Hope something can be done to this FRAUDELENT COMPANY. Have dealt with Adam Binedal, Mieshkah Levy and Liezl Jemies and NOT ONE of them could complete the service I paid for.
