I made a call with the intentions of upgrading my contract with Telkom , because data was not sufficient for my personal needs. A lady assisted me from selldirect , Telkom told me it was selldirect online agent . The agent created another account instead of upgrading my existing account and she told me I’ll receive a new simcard to rica and I can discard the old one . Now Telkom wants me to pay a cancellation fee for a second account created faulty by the online agent apparently from sellsdirect as “they say “. Now I’m paying for 2 accounts unknowingly I just found out 4 days ago because I had complained about high monthly installment. I’m very frustrated and they put all the blame on me I’m disappointed with Telkom customer service. Kindly assist with this matter because it very inconvenient for me financially
