False promises and poor service
<p>I have been waiting 2 and a half weeks to receive my refund. After 20+ emails(of which they responded once) and numerous phone calls(of which many went into voice mail) I still haven't received my refund. All I get is the promise that they will do it soon. How can you run a business like this?!</p>

<p>I bought a items from sensual boutiqueonline. Though I was sceptic at first whetherthey will deliver on his promises...hey TIA, he kept me in the loop everyday. There was a delay period after full payment before he could sort me out. That being on account of rare courier and paperwork on exporter side error. items delivered now and is as advertised. Its a great online company <br /> <br />Sean came out to my office to do delivery himself. Quick and simple with not a whole lot of smalltalk. Would recommend sensual boutique anytime.</p>

<p>My wife bought some fancy lingerie and adult toys. The specific items was not in stock at sensual boutique and would have to be ordered in. I phoned Michelle at 07h30 in the morning to ask if we could please get alternate lingerie in the mean while. Michelle and the branch manager, not only agreed but also delivered the items and said we could keep it. I couldn't believe it.and when the items did arrive no attional charge<br />Outstanding service! I can highly recommend them.</p>

The most dishonest company ever dealt with
<p>Having first purchased a garment from them, and having had endless delays and excuses that became outragious at best, I stupedly decided to give them a second chance to make up for their disgraceful service!! </p> <p>Having paid by EFT, the wait began again and the endless phone calls and empty promises. After 10 months and countless promises of a refund since they actually do not have the goods, the battle still continues!!</p> <p>PLEASE BE WARNED, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, they are beyond immoral and disrespectful. They take your money and never produce the goods. They are masterful liers and manipulators of the truth!!!</p>

Rip-off. Stay away.
