Ordered a monitor mount on the 29th of August. App said an ETA of 10th September. I am yet to receive even an update on where my item is. I was told 'we will need to contact the warehouse to find out'. The item, when I ordered it was in-stock. It was in-stock on the 10th of September. A support rep told me 'please be informed feedback is not immediate'. - this was last week Friday. Apparently my issue is not a priority. And a mistake made between Takealot and their supplier means that me as a customer now needs to wait more than 12 work days to even get an accurate ETA. Absolutely pathetic.
<p>I have been waiting 2 and a half weeks to receive my refund. After 20+ emails(of which they responded once) and numerous phone calls(of which many went into voice mail) I still haven't received my refund. All I get is the promise that they will do it soon. How can you run a business like this?!</p>
<p>Worst courier service I've ever experienced. Driver doesn't know where he is going and the call center makes false promises. I advise anyone who wishes to ship anything to NOT use this company.</p>
