This is the most dishonest and unhelpful company I am yet to deal with and cannot be trusted. Fascinating too that they don't care to respond to any reviews posted here either as they are arrogant! Their out of bundle rates are insane and manage to claim usage that is questionable at best. They can provide no protective soft lock mechanisms to either alert or cut off data use if you exceed your contractual usage. Safest to stay away.
Sage have been allegedly experiencing phone issues for the past two months and claim to have high call volumes when you call in - you can sit on hold for unacceptably long times and they are making not effort to sort this out. They are simply full of excuses. Their customer service is shocking and these are supposed to be market leaders!!!!!!!!!!
I called Kirby to arrange to have 2 machines serviced. After collection it has been nothing but an ongoing battle. Common courtesies such as communication are only a pipe-dream when dealing with this company. If you do not persist in calling them to obtain information such as the quote / options for a trade-in, etc you may never hear from them. Regardless of how many senior people you attempt to deal with, the situation never improves - as they say "A fish rots from the head down" and this is no exception!! If management are so slap-gat, what more do you expect from the staff!!! After nearly 5 weeks and finally a call to arrange to deliver my machines back ... SURPRISE!! NOTHING! When I yet again called to inquire, I was told that the cord was still being fitted .. amazing this after the arranged delivery date!!! More promises that the head of the company MEGAN would call WITHOUT FAIL the following day and that the machines would WITHOUT FAIL be delivered BUT HEY .... NOTHING!!! When they were finally delivered, the cord I had SPECIFICALLY requested was not fitted and the staff didn’t know the difference!!! While the machines are fantastic ... it is sad that those working for the company have a poor knowledge of the product and an ever poorer customer service mentality!!
<p>Apple watches barely make it past their year warranty period and if you happen not to wear them for a period of time they simply stop working and Apple are not interested in resolving the matter - the staff in the iStore simply shrug their sholders knowing that this is the umteenth one they have returned with the same response!!!</p>
<p>I have been waiting 2 ++ months for parts for a Whirlpool oven. There is no courtesy of feedback or followup calls, if you don't followup they couldn't care and who even knows if the stories they spin you have even a thread of truth in them because they claim after all this time that they are unable to obtain the parts and that there is nothing they can do about it, yet other technitians are able to make a plan ... just shows the level of competance and lack of knowledge!!!</p> <p>STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They may call you back promptly, but that is where the service stops!!!</p>
<p>Having first purchased a garment from them, and having had endless delays and excuses that became outragious at best, I stupedly decided to give them a second chance to make up for their disgraceful service!! </p> <p>Having paid by EFT, the wait began again and the endless phone calls and empty promises. After 10 months and countless promises of a refund since they actually do not have the goods, the battle still continues!!</p> <p>PLEASE BE WARNED, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, they are beyond immoral and disrespectful. They take your money and never produce the goods. They are masterful liers and manipulators of the truth!!!</p>
<p>I simply asked a sales assistant at the Sandton City Truworths branch if they were able to obtain a different size garment from another store that had the size I was looking for and was told that it is only possible to offer that service to account customers!! </p> <p>When speaking with the less than attentive, rude manager on duty this was confirmed even when I questioned why account customers who are frequently in debt recieve greater services than a risk free cash customer, she had some poor excuse about the risk of loosing the garment in transit, though they do interbranch transfers almost daily and are quite able to request any garment for an account customer ... but she was so disinterested it wouldnt have mattered what I had asked her. Upon trying to call the store manager later, their phones just simply ring!!</p>
<p>I have a 3G MTN account with Mweb on which I diligently selected all the precautionarry measures at the time of taking out the contract, such as soft lock amounts, sms alerts, etc ...</p> <p>Having seldom exceeded my cap by more than a small amount in 2years plus, I was astounded to receive a whopping 2k bill out of the blue!!! When I queried this I was simply told that I had exceeded my cap and this was for data use ... it was also added that a<strong>ll the precautionary controls put in place cannot be administered by MTN</strong> though other networks manage to make these controls work and protect their customers!! ... it was further added by the constultant that this has been a problem for around 4 to 5 years with MTN!!!! </p> <p>Why is it that MTN are so useless and why do service providers such as Mweb not advise their customers accourdingly??????????</p>
