Sephora Store advertised smart watches on Facebook, I bought the watches on the buy 1 get one free next day delivery option. Now their phone just rings, they don't respond to emails and they took my money. ****

FRAUD ON FACEBOOK BY SEPHORA. Offering a beauty skin product for just the shipping fee of R70 as they closing down. Comments and thumbs up indicators don't convey anything to worry about. So I went ahead - answered 4 questions related to skin and they said I would receive a product for the R 70 shipping fee. Put in credit card details and a pop up appeared saying that my booking was not complete that I people had been purchasing this eye product too. As I read on it said I would be charged 1 300 monthly to get a monthly supply. I then realised it was " one of those" and left it. My banks fraud unit phoned within a minute to ask if I was authorising R1400 to go through - I said no. I was shocked when I was told that the R70 had also been declined but that the R1700 went through. I never purchased anything for R1700. Weird thing is I can never make a purchase online without it going through my banks 3D secure site which requests an OTP - this never happened. So I'm really angry. Sephora must take responsibility for this. So please ignore this offer it is FRAUDULENT!!!!
