People should be warned about this company that overstate their services in assisting with removal of ******** records, I paid them R2800 in February 2025. Now when I call they tell me I paid them to courier my application, they public **** reviews of happy customers in their website and never respond to queries. The citizens should really be warned about this ****

Cancellation of contract
If there was a rating of zero or a negative i would give it to this Company, i took out a internet package with them in October of 2022, Now that i want to cancel the package because it does not really provide value for money, the consultant call me and threaten me that i will still pay for it even if its cancelled or they will load my name at the credit bureau.. Please think twice before utilising this company.

Snatcher failure to deliver on items and failure to refund
In fact if there was a zero rating, this is what i would give this company. Failed to deliver the items i ordered, i had to cancel and request a refund. They promise that my money will be refunded in 7 days, and 7 days later i contact them they tell me they are sorry for the delay, it will be processed in due time. Imagine. Think twice before buying from snatcher, they have dropped the ball.
