Seraphim Removals – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Seraphim Removals. After collecting my belongings, the company has repeatedly failed to deliver them on the agreed-upon date. Communication has been extremely poor — the WhatsApp numbers provided either do not answer or ignore messages, and there is no alternative emergency contact to assist when things go wrong.

This has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially because I trusted the company with all my personal items. A moving company should be reliable, transparent, and responsive, but unfortunately this was not my experience with Seraphim Removals.

I hope the company takes responsibility and improves their communication and reliability, as no customer should be left without support or clarity regarding their own belongings
