Beware: ********* Practices and Broken Promises at Serr Synergy

Serr Synergy is quick to take your money but doesn’t deliver on their promises. I paid in full for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of our B-BBEE process, but the work was never completed on their end. Now, they’re asking me to pay the entire amount again, despite not fulfilling the original agreement. Each person I spoke to during the process gave me a different answer, all aimed at selling their services, but none of these promises came to fruition. When questioned, they deny ever making these commitments.

Attempts to get clarification have been frustrating, with no one answering questions or returning calls. Instead, Nadine only sends brief emails, stating her manager insists on payment again for the unfinished work.

This experience has been not only unprofessional but exceptionally *********. Be careful when dealing with this company.
