Deeply Disappointed with Serta – Poor Quality and No Accountability

I purchased a Serta Asher Queen Bed Base Set from Bradlows Midrand on 15 May 2025, and it was delivered on 17 May. Within 10 days, the bed base began making loud, irritating squeaking noises. This is completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to offer premium quality and comfort.

Despite raising this issue, I have not received a proper resolution. For a product to start falling apart in less than a month is both disappointing and infuriating. I expected so much more from Serta – instead, I’m stuck with a noisy, faulty bed and poor after-sales support.

I will never purchase from Serta again and would advise others to think twice before trusting the so-called "quality" of this brand.
