I took my Benz for B2 service at Maemo Motors Rustenburg on 22 December 2025. The car was inspected for scratches as always and they took the car When I came back to collect the car the car was deliberately scratched on the rubbers under the windows and they had flakes to show that it was done recently. I called the acting manager Werner so that he can try to find out what happened, he came to the car and told me that his team only work on the engine. If someone decided to damage the windows there is nothing he can do. I took pictures and videos and send them to Benz head office and they told me they will investigate and the manager at Maemo will only come back on the 8th of January and I have to wait. On the 12th I wrote a follow up email asking why I haven't received any news about the accident That's when I was called by Mmapaseka on the 12th Maemo Motors to tell me that her manager is back from leave and he said I must bring the car for inspection I took the car there today driving from Northam to Rustenburg with my diesel to be told that because the car is out of motor plan, I must take it to the panel beater and ask them to order new window rubbers because they will never pay for them. I can go and report at head office or wherever but he will never pay for the damages his team caused. I feel that the manager is a ****** and if his team damages a white lady's car the matter would have been resolved in December but because I am black he feels that he has the right to talk to me like he want. He is undermining me also because I am a female. If I give you my car without scratches I expect to get it the same way. I feel that Benz head office is failing me because I asked them why is there an inspection before the service and what happens if they damage your car, they don't have an answer

Mercedes Benz West Rand - This is the second review on a week. Due to collect car today. Still have not received the parts numbers to obtain a accurate quote, just the parts. description. I also called to speak to the service manager as I require an actual description of wghat is causing the oil leak. Left a message and got a call from the consultant I have been dealing with. I told her that I asked to speak to the service Manger not her. She rep**** he wants her to tell him why I am calling him. I rep**** if he calls me. I will tell him!! Mercedes used poor interior on Mercedes Benz C200. Starting with the car sit my car is 4 years old and my Mothers is 2 years old both cars have torn and sagging especially the drivers seat. The plastic used inside to car the steering is peeling off. It’s really disappointing. All my Friends who drive the similar car have the similar problem

Mercedes used poor interior on Mercedes Benz C200. Starting with the car sit my car is 4 years old and my Mothers is 2 years old both cars have torn and sagging especially the drivers seat. This review is specifically for mercedes centurion. Before I wrote this I saw the pathetic reviews for mercedes so I wasn't surprised at my experience. I went in to do a service for my SLK and the receptionist just looked at me, doesn't greet so I asked her who I can speak to for a service and she points to the back. I then brushed off that pathetic customer experience and went to the next sour faced service lady who was so pulled up, when I asked her about the service cost, she starts getting irritated that shes can tell me and they have to assess. I just turned and walked out. I have never had such a pathetic service at Sandton mercedes or Audi or any other dealership for that matter.Definitely time to switch to a better brand.

last i wanted to buy a car at Nelspruit Mercedese-Benz. I was communicating with the salesperson (Ms Sibanyoni)electronically, and i sent all my particulars to her. I did not buy the car because it was too expensive. i was shocked this year when i was denied a little loan by a bank. they told me that my ID number had been tagged as *****ulent by Mrecedes-Benz. I then call them and i was told by Hrsha Bhikha from Mercedes that they tagged my ID because they saw some inconsistencies in my pay slips. They then advised me to call South African ***** Prevention Services (SAFPS). SAFPS sends me back to Mrecedes-Benz; i have been sent back and forth since the beginning of this year. My concern is that why didn't they ask me or call my employer to check the inconsistency before blacklisting me. this issue is costing and affecting me a lot.

The repair department held my car for three months without any feedback or updates on the repairs, I had to call in and check with them whether my car was repaired or not, When I went to collect the car, service agent Eclin just handed me two quotations that I have to pay while the car was not repaired with the first quotation I accepted the second quotation and now they want me to pay both equations without prior communication of the first quote which did not repair the issue.

I am extremely dissatisfaction with the service provided by Mercedes Benz Tokai. I have been taking my vehicle for annual servicing at this branch, and each time, it comes back with an oil leak. Last year, after the service, the sump was leaking excessively. This year, I am facing the same issue with another oil leak. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing that a reputable service center like Mercedes Benz Tokai is causing re-work and inconvenience to its clients instead of resolving the issues. I expect a high standard of service from Mercedes Benz, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly to prevent further dissatisfaction.

Mercedes Benz Bryanston is the pits, they have been holding onto my car since March and they are terrible communicators. I took it in Feb for coolant assessment and they told me that the thermostat needed to be replaced. Few months later i have the same problem and they telling me that several parts of the engine are damaged and the whole engine needs to be replaced. Mind you they expect me to pay for this repair because they say i drove the car for too long. They missed a repair when i first took it in and no one wants to take responsibility for their mess. PS my car is still under Warranty
