I took my Benz for B2 service at Maemo Motors Rustenburg on 22 December 2025. The car was inspected for scratches as always and they took the car When I came back to collect the car the car was deliberately scratched on the rubbers under the windows and they had flakes to show that it was done recently. I called the acting manager Werner so that he can try to find out what happened, he came to the car and told me that his team only work on the engine. If someone decided to damage the windows there is nothing he can do. I took pictures and videos and send them to Benz head office and they told me they will investigate and the manager at Maemo will only come back on the 8th of January and I have to wait. On the 12th I wrote a follow up email asking why I haven't received any news about the accident That's when I was called by Mmapaseka on the 12th Maemo Motors to tell me that her manager is back from leave and he said I must bring the car for inspection I took the car there today driving from Northam to Rustenburg with my diesel to be told that because the car is out of motor plan, I must take it to the panel beater and ask them to order new window rubbers because they will never pay for them. I can go and report at head office or wherever but he will never pay for the damages his team caused. I feel that the manager is a ****** and if his team damages a white lady's car the matter would have been resolved in December but because I am black he feels that he has the right to talk to me like he want. He is undermining me also because I am a female. If I give you my car without scratches I expect to get it the same way. I feel that Benz head office is failing me because I asked them why is there an inspection before the service and what happens if they damage your car, they don't have an answer
This is a warning to everyone who doesn't know this company, I have been with them for 3 Months. I asked them to help with managing my Flat because i stay in another Province. 1st month i didn't receive my rent, 2nd month i received 50% and the second month i received 30% and she claims that she did repairs but she cant give me proof. and i have never asked or agreed with her to use my rent money. I had to pay Levies, Municipal services and bond from my own pocket.

I called them on Monday with regards to my existing claim from January, which has not been attended to by Classfit Thabazimbi, and the lady i spoke to said I will try to find out and call you back, to date no one called.

My mother passed away 2023 January and her Mercedes was not paid up. My father continued with the installment and settled the car in December. Ever since January I have been calling and writing 100 emails requesting for the car documentations so that we can change ownership but no one can assist, they keep on requesting documents from us and we do submit them, but even today we have not received anything from them
I have been trying to cancel my subscription with tracker since last year, they never reply emails but they don't forget to debit your account. I called tracker today to query the deduction for February and asked if they canceled my subscription and I didn't get help. The guy told me to hold on the line while he is still trying to find out why they debited my account twice in December and the phone dropped
Not sure why this Company is claiming to be the number 1 rated on Hellopeter. I am being helped by someone called Maryke Oberholzer who is very unprofessional, I submitted my documents for car Personalized plates on 13 June even today that lady cannot give me an update on the progress of my application, she only replies to my emails saying she can't get through to the department, can I really pay R3600 for this *********** behavior, not sure even if they are legit
My TV stopped working on the 7th of March I reported the matter to Hisense and their conclusion was that FNB must give me a new TV but since 23 March FNB have done nothing for them to give u an update you must call them and even if the person can commit to say I will call you back they never do, they don't reply to my email, the last communication with them was for someone to come yesterday to take the old TV and the person never came and apparently I cannot have a new TV until someone can confirm that they have an old one, I have been buying appliances from FNB but this is the last time, their service is very poor ,Ntando Simelani is claiming to assist me but even today he can't reply to my email
I went to @home in Rustenburg Platinum square to buy a Coffee table which I saw online, They didn't have it in stock but said I must buy it from them, pay delivery and they promised that they will deliver it to my address and even their head office called to confirm the day of delivery. On the day of delivery the courier driver called me to say he is taking my table to the shop because he doesn't deliver where I stay, I tried to call the Head office n they said I must resolve it with the store, I cancelled the order 23 Dec and they told me that their DC is closed they can only process my refund on 03 January but even now I haven't received my refund and no one is answering the phone
