The repair department held my car for three months without any feedback or updates on the repairs, I had to call in and check with them whether my car was repaired or not, When I went to collect the car, service agent Eclin just handed me two quotations that I have to pay while the car was not repaired with the first quotation I accepted the second quotation and now they want me to pay both equations without prior communication of the first quote which did not repair the issue.
