Pine Apple insurance Bad with communication and service
pineapple insurance debited money from my account even after I cancelled the policy and their agents are ignoring my emails now that they have to refund me. Wandile one of the agent who is suppose to be handling my case he doesn't respond to emails. Stay away from Pine Apple insurance their service and responds is bad!!!

Poor service and communication at Bryanston Brench
The repair department held my car for three months without any feedback or updates on the repairs, I had to call in and check with them whether my car was repaired or not, When I went to collect the car, service agent Eclin just handed me two quotations that I have to pay while the car was not repaired with the first quotation I accepted the second quotation and now they want me to pay both equations without prior communication of the first quote which did not repair the issue.

Teller shouting at me & exposing confidential dat.
On Friday the 8th I visited Standard bank Soshanguve plaza branch the teller was very rood and kept on shouting on me and accusing me of being ignorant to contracts and shout very confidential info about my account, I reported her to the branch supervisor who showed little interest and booked me on a queue to close my 32 account which I was not in agreement with, I then requested to see the branch manager. But was told me he is on leave for the next three weeks. I stood on the queue for two hours with no one helping me and only two consultant working while the rest together with supervisor disappeared.
