A warm shout out to the Service Parts Logistics (SPL) team! Ordered an OEM notebook battery replacement last week, paid and received the product the next business day. Two aspects of improvement worth a mention; 1. Arguably SPL is geared towards retailers as opposed to individual shoppers nevertheless, the website can definitely do with an upgrade to be more interactive, informative and user-friendly. 2. Courier service - SPL affirmed delivery for the next morning, could not give any further details (tracking etc.). Delivery was at mid-afternoon, much room for improvement here. Other than that the expectations fully met.
