Awesome and professional service from SPL and Mphikeleli Nyushiman
I would like to commend SPL - Service Parts Logistics and specifically Mphikeleli Nyushiman. For abouut 6 months I had been searching for a processor fan for my ASUS Zenbook. After having called the registered suppliers and distribution agents in South Africa I was unable to source the fan. I then decided to call SPL and within 2 Weeks I had my fan. Thanks to the awesome Customer service from Mphikeleli Nyushiman I now have an operating machine once again. SPL management- you guys have a star in Mphikeleli Nyushiman whi is an asset to your company. Keep up the outstanding service.

Wrong part supplied, no further contact
Delivered the wrong laptop battery, then broke off all contact when I tried to let them know that it was the wrong part. Refused all emails and returns. Do not do business with this company.

Service Parts Logistics (SPL) Review
A warm shout out to the Service Parts Logistics (SPL) team! Ordered an OEM notebook battery replacement last week, paid and received the product the next business day. Three aspects of improvement worth mentioning; 1. Arguably SPL is geared towards retailers as opposed to individual shoppers nevertheless, the website can definitely do with an upgrade to be more interactive, informative and user-friendly. 2. Courier service - SPL affirmed delivery for the next morning, could not give any further details (tracking etc.). Delivery was at mid-afternoon, much room for improvement here. 3. Credit Card Payments - there is no facility for online credit card payments which is a downer especially as customers have the opportunity to earn purchase rewards using this as the method of payment, versus electronic fund transfers. Other than that expectations were fully met.

SPL - Bad sales person and bad management
looking for a print head for a hp 415 tank printer. I go to SPL to find out if the can source the item. Sales person Alicia sends quote and give me eta of 2 weeks. After 3 weeks of waiting and multiple emails and phone calls. I go to the office to find out what is happening. Greg which is a manager says there was no chance to get this product and will refund. The issue is Alicia has done this before for another item. This is not service.
