Recently we received a consignment through LDS from Sciquip SA (pinetown) which got damaged in transit (Laboratory equipment) In spite of having a fragile sticker on the boxes the items especially the beakers & test tubes were all shattered. we had to inform LDS about the damage and we were asked to provide pictures & paper work to prove the damage. However ever since we keep sending emails to check up on the status of the claim But No response whats so ever.

Bad customer service again!! Put an online order on 14/03/2024 and still waiting to be resolved!! Every time on chat they give different reasons for the delay. Order Ref: 1242015022
WE PUT A ORDER WITH THESE GUYS 000386304-A ON 13 SEPT AND THE TRACKER SAYS SHIPPED ON 18 SEPT.........BUT NO DELIVERY AS YET?? WORST PART CALL CENTER DOESN'T HAVE ANY CLUE WHEN THE DELIVERY WOULD TAKE PLACE?????
I had a shocking experience lately...purchased a return ticket from Midrand to matatiele and when i was about to board i was informed the buses no more go to matatiele. Hence i had to get down at kokstad and took a taxi home. what an inconvenience in terms of time and money 😒 Will never use their services again!!!
Pro Forma Invoice / Order No 1733193 (601/COD455) Has been a Parrot customer for years... But just happened to have a bad experience lately. Took a quote for an item(s) and was confirmed the stock is available and NO delivery fee. Payment was done immediately and waiting almost 2 weeks a lady calls from parrot office to inform the item cannot be dispatched as there is not enough orders from our area or else i pay for the delivery to receive the items. So i asked her politely i queried about any delivery charges before placing the order and if there were any i would not have gone ahead. We customers trust PARROT as a major brand and for their products and support obviously. Now this has left as me a loyal customer to rethink before i go with any of their products....
I happened to be at your Matatiele Clicks store, needless to say your staffs are not using face masks at the counter and when i asked about it she just send me to another counter. I would need to understand if your staff are not complying to COVID protocols then why you guys insist your clients should sanitize and wear face masks at the entrance???
Lacking customer service!! It has become a continuous practice for us to use hellopeter platform to get things resolved.
Another Saga has started with makro again for order MAK3456428. Its really disappointing to see no responses to emails whatsoever!!!
Another shocking experience in a row!! Online payment made on 18th Dec 2021 and waiting ever since Order No: MAK3386018 It has become my daily routine to speak the Makro call center everyday morning and narrate the story to everyone out there!! Sadly the reply is we will get back shortly.... Guess what, Nothing till date!! To Big BOSSES.....pls. hire someone in your call center who understand customer experience is the first and the foremost thumb rule in your organization!!
