SPL - Bad sales person and bad management
looking for a print head for a hp 415 tank printer. I go to SPL to find out if the can source the item. Sales person Alicia sends quote and give me eta of 2 weeks. After 3 weeks of waiting and multiple emails and phone calls. I go to the office to find out what is happening. Greg which is a manager says there was no chance to get this product and will refund. The issue is Alicia has done this before for another item. This is not service.

Last Shop purchase
I had purchase ink cartridges for a hp printer. The ink is vary scarce and most suppliers had not stock. I find it on first shop indicated as instock. I place an order and is assigned person Colin Jordaan. I verify with Colin that they have stock and reply comes back positive. I order the extra colour and verify again. Paid the money 6th of May. There after a comedy of errors. Today the 21st of May still no colour ink massive amount of effort to phone and email the company. I will not use or recommend this company.

Vodacom business does not care
Please do not think Vodacom cares. After 2 weeks of fighting with vodacom business. to reinstate my profile. I still get answers of 24 working hours. To respond. I have over 14 lines with them but we don't get any service.

Excellent service
In December 2020 I purchased a queen size extra length mattress from the Ruimsig /Roodepoort branch. The advise I got and the service I got was excellent. Product was delivered promptly the next day as promised. Thank you for restoring faith in a supplier
