SPL - Bad sales person and bad management

looking for a print head for a hp 415 tank printer. I go to SPL to find out if the can source the item. Sales person Alicia sends quote and give me eta of 2 weeks. After 3 weeks of waiting and multiple emails and phone calls. I go to the office to find out what is happening. Greg which is a manager says there was no chance to get this product and will refund. The issue is Alicia has done this before for another item. This is not service.
