Trying to resolve an issue where Absa had ceded a policy. Reaching out to find out who to speak to - endless emails, with the usual ZERO response. What has happened to customer service? The no-care attitude is prevalent in your organisation.
Countless emails later, with ZERO response- ever! How on earth do you sort out an issue with them? As most people on here say - they are more than happy to take your money, but that is where it stops.
This is a jewel hidden away in the most incredibly beautiful and serene setting you can imagine. The beauty, the serenity, the service and the food, it is all top class. Worth every minute getting there, and each sent spent. We would absolutely recommend it!
Thank you for your great service and positive attitude!
Starting on the 9th of January. We app**** online to open a business account with Capitec Business. We have had the worst customer service one can imagine. So much so, that today, 2 months later we have just given up. Sending something by email, and getting a response sometimes 2 weeks later - dreadful. Most of the responses arrived in the way of a one-liner reply. Sometimes asking for the same thing over and over, the person obviously not even reading the email properly. Thank you, but no thanks. We will keep our business elsewhere.
Drive through at Linksfield franchise - just ordering 3 ice cream cones - is 10min plus acceptable? The no-care attitude of the staff in general was utterly disappointing. I eventually just drove off without collecting my order. Terrible!
Great thanks to the two ladies assisting me with buying a vehicle from your company. They have really gone out of their way to assist. Much appreciated! Your customer service is fantastic
I am trying hard to improve my credit rating. VCCB rates me as poor. I have been trying to get an answer from one of your consultants as to what the reason is. I received two copy-and-paste type answers with a total flat ignore there-after. How are you able to rate people, but not willing to assist when we require answers?
I am trying to get to the bottom of why some credit bureau companies rate me as above average or good, yet others - like VCCB rate me as poor. I sent an enquiry to VCCB to find out why they gave me the rating. Customer relations consultant Tebogo Bogatsu responded with a 'this could be why'. Not any of the items sent pertain to me. I asked again what the actual issue is. The said person then comes back again with a one-line answer. I have still not received an actual answer, but given a flat ignore instead. Is this the way a public company treats its clients? All I want is some sort of guidance as to why I am rated this way. Too much to ask?
I cancelled my data contract well in advance, to ensure no further costs. I then received an email with an invoice. I called in to ensure that the debit order would not be taken out of my account. But of course, this was taken. Does anyone think that I would just accept it? I will be reporting this matter to the ombudsman as trying to get Vodacom to sort out its mess is non-existent.
