Shout-out to Service Parts Logistics for Good Service

A warm shout out to the SPL team on! Ordered an OEM notebook battery replacement last week, paid and received the product the next business day. Two aspects of improvement worth a mention; 1. Arguably SPL is geared towards retailers opposed to an idividual shoppers, the website can definitely be informative and more user-friendly. 2. Courier service - affirmed delivery the next morning, could not give any further details, delivery was in mid-afternoon, definitely room for much improvement here. Other than that the service was good.
