Sew & Sew - Benoni POOR Service

I sent my Pfaff 1222 in December 2017 in for a service with Sew & Sew, Benoni, Robbie. When I confirmed in January 2018 if my machine was ready, he was not sure what I was talking about. It took him a few minutes to find my machine and confirmed that it was ready. I went to go pick it up in January 2018 and confirm that my machine is working. When opening my machine in February 2018 to do some sewing, my foot part that keeps the material in line with the sewing foot and the holder that keeps the foot part in place when not in use, was no where to be found. I have been trying since then to get these parts back due to this being my late mother's machine. Robbie keeps on ignoring me and when I finally get hold of him he keeps on telling me that he is searching for it in his office. This is now one year and two months later and still no answer of missing parts.
