Pathetic Quality Products

So I finally received my shade sails yesterday 23 November, almost a month after my initial order only to find out that one of the three sails are made smaller than the other. You can clearly see that the company responsible for the manufacturing "Shadeg Shade Sails" ran out of material to complete the job properly. The last sail has the most horrible seam and is about 400mm shorter on one side. What stingy and unprofessional company's are you dealing with Leroy Merlin? I WILL TAKE MY MONEY BACK NOW, you owe me R6000, thanks for wasting my time! Shadeg Shade Sails must probably think they have monkeys for customers that will accept such horrendous quality workmanship. What a slap in the face!! By the way, your shade sails are supposed to be charcoal, but its rather closer to black. Send a courier to come pick this junk up! I will take my business elsewhere.
