BAD ROTTEN SERVICE AT SHADO WHOLESALE!!!!!! I AM NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN

I am super annoyed with the poor service at shado. I bought shoes from them in August and three pairs from those shoes were only worn once and they were torn. I have called one of their sales lady Charne to notify her and she asked me to courier the shoes back to them and they will exchange the shoes with new pairs because I am in Knysna and they are in Parow/Maitland. I couriered the shoes on the 24th August and till today I have not received my shoes back they've got both their faulty shoes and my money. I have been calling and emailing them none stop everyday to find out when am I getting my shoes back and no one gives me a straight answer , last Friday I was told that they cannot get hold of the manager and when I have asked for the manager's contact details they were not willing to give them to me, today NO ONE answers the damn phone. I AM ****ED!!!!!!, I want my MONEY or the NEW SHOES they promised.
