Being body shamed by one of the employees.
Being body shamed by one of the employees. I would like to express my distaste in the behavior of one of your male employees at your branch in Parow Centre. I enquired about a dress that I had previously seen in your window, to which he rep**** the dress would not have fit me because I am fat. Please note this is very disappointing behavior, and your employees should not be speaking this way to a customer. I am highly disgusted by this and I will not ever be returning to any of your branches. I have purchased from your shops before, but now you have lost me as a customer. A very Disappointed customer

Very Bad quality shoes
I can tell you they have the ****st quality shoes they'll break easily even just wearing them just once. Best to buy your shoes at Woolworths or any other place. I bought my wife and myself shoes there they're full of nonsense when having to deal with returns. Just dont waste your money and energy there.

BAD ROTTEN SERVICE AT SHADO WHOLESALE!!!!!! I AM NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN
I am super annoyed with the poor service at shado. I bought shoes from them in August and three pairs from those shoes were only worn once and they were torn. I have called one of their sales lady Charne to notify her and she asked me to courier the shoes back to them and they will exchange the shoes with new pairs because I am in Knysna and they are in Parow/Maitland. I couriered the shoes on the 24th August and till today I have not received my shoes back they've got both their faulty shoes and my money. I have been calling and emailing them none stop everyday to find out when am I getting my shoes back and no one gives me a straight answer , last Friday I was told that they cannot get hold of the manager and when I have asked for the manager's contact details they were not willing to give them to me, today NO ONE answers the damn phone. I AM ****ED!!!!!!, I want my MONEY or the NEW SHOES they promised.

I called Shado the one in parrow , the lady answered the call and I inquired about a Sale , she apparently couldnt hear me and then put me on hold , I ended the call and tried calling back , and nobody is answering, I mean is that how you treat customers?????

bad service
Super annoyed by the service i received at shadow bought a dress by them Saturday morning get home realized its torn on the sides,took it back today they refusing to give me my money back they insisting that i take another dress that 10 sizes bigger .. manager said she is going to send the dress to the lady that made it and that will probably be in two weeks time..

On Saturday 22 July at the Lansdowne factory shop - at 1:38pm my dad enquired from the security at the door as to what time the stores closes, he was told 2pm. So my dad returns to the car (which is parked just around the corner from the entrance) to tell me the shop is open until 2pm. At 1:45pm I get to the CLOSED door of the store where a very rude man tell me that the shop is closed, they close the doors around 1:40 -1:45pm to give the staff time to cash up and pack up and leave work by 2pm. So - what exactly are your Saturday TRADING HOURS?
