These people are ****s and ****mers, Elana asked me to pay R401 cancellation fee for the debt review that they did and I did not want. They asked to forward them my payslip which I did and told me the process take up to 3 days to clear. Yesterday I called and they ignored my calls, claiming to get back to me and they never did. I sent them a screenshot of mytransunion that still shows “under debt review” then only today the guy by the of Abdul said I must forward them my payslip again because NCR did not recieve them. I am sick and disgusted by them misleading people and on top claim cancellation fees and never cancel their evil work. I have been patient enough with their lies and I can’t anymore I will be involving my lawyers.
I have signed up for debt restructuring on the 21 September 2024, which they (Lee Khan)claimed it’s different from debt review. The next thing money is deducted from my accounts for debits that I have already paid, I am listed under risk level 4 which is the highest for credit opportunities blacklist. Mind you I have a very healthy credit score and a good payer. When I asked for cancellation on the 27th September 2024. They are refusing and playing hide and seek to provide me with 17.2Rejection Forms. They ignore my calls and never respond to my emails ( Simone Paules). Their consultant that I was communicating with via WhatsApp was also playing hide and seek referring me to everybody besides the one responsible for issuing the cancellation forms. These people are a ***** and instead of helping people out of debt they drown them more into debt by double deducting them and on top blacklist you for future credit.
I bought 2 tombstones from them for my parents in 2022 December. They said their tombstones have a 25 years gaurantee. It’s been only 14 months and their tombstones have peeled the cover and I have been in contact with them since January, 2024. They confirmed a replacement on the 20th Feb 2024. Till today they have not replaced the tombstones everyday is a new story. This is very heartbreaking, when I installed those tombstones I wanted to keep and honour my mom and granny’s memory and now I can’t because they keep peeling to a point where you can’t even see the names and messages written on them and instead of Royal Tombstone team to come and fix their poor job they play hide and seek. It’s really heartbreaking.
I have been calling MTN (135) since December 2023 to cancel my contract because it expired, everytime I call and transferred to the cancellation department the phone cut off after I have told the consultant that I want to cancel. On 10th January 2024 I managed to speak with one after a 1000 attempts to get attended to without being cut off and she told me I bought the phone while it was on promotion and therefore she cannot do the cancellation but the sales department and further said she escalated the case to them for them to attend to it. Till today the matter have not been resolved and MTN is still deducting from my bank account, I have just called them 5 times this morning everytime after I have told the consultant that I want to cancel the phone cuts off AS USUAL. I am SICK AND TIRED of MTN and therefore will port all my numbers to other service providers this is nonsense!!!!!
My car was involved in an accident on the 10/11/2023. Outsurance referred me to a panelbeater who failed to finish working on my car before they close for the festive holidays on the 14th December 2023 and will only resume work on the 8th Jan 2024 due to Outsurance’s late authorisations for required parts according to them. The rental car they provided me with had to go back to the provider. I don’t have my car and I also don’t have the rental car, when I request an extension they say they can’t get hold of the panelbeater to hold them accountable for extended rental car costs. I had plans with my family because this time of the year is the only time that we get to spend together due hectic work commitments. Now I have to suffer because of Outsurance that I pay every month to ease the stress in cases like these. Obviously I was wrong to think that they were the best amongst the others, I will definitely leave them and advise my family and friends to do the same.
I paid R413,53 for my DStv compact package services on the 21 October 2023 after I have stopped because of their ridiculous flactuating fees, on the 1st November 2023 they were disconnected. When I enquired at the closest branch I was told I need to pay again for the new month. So I asked that DSTV services a week costs R413,53 then they told me about recording benefits that I don’t even use and I have asked them a long time ago to cancel due to that and apparently they never did and I wouldn’t have known because I don’t use the benefit. MULTICHOICE IS A ****. I will never go back to them.
Got a call today from iwyze consultant from this number +27 (10) 498-5231 at 16:18. The lady did not tell me her name and if she did I do not recall it. She was extremely rude to me when I asked her questions as a result I’m cancelling my life cover tomorrow. I want nothing to do with them again.
I bought sneakers on the 01/01/2022. Haven’t received them till today. No tracking number nothing. Bunch of Crooks
I bought my daughter track pants for school, as they( Norseman) are the sole providers of the school uniform I'm referring to. The sales lady told me to make sure it doesn't get dirty when she fits it so that if it doesn't fit I can return it. The daughter was at school at the time of purchase and fitted the pants later unfortunately they got a bit dirty at the bottom and because I was told they mustn't be dirty I washed and returned the pants. The lady inspected the pants and found them clean on return and she said unfortunately they cannot exchange them because I washed it. And said yes because they told me not to return them dirty. The refused to exchange the pants because I washed them. On their proof of purchase nor in their shop did they have a notice that states, that should you buy an item they don't take it back if its dirty, nor a notice that that states no exchanges or only onsite fitting or should an item be washed it shouldn't be returned. What would they have done if the pants were fitted in their shop and were dirty at the bottom as it did on me. would they have returned them on the shelves to be bought by someone else? because they actually a bit dirty even on purchase due to fitting. I THINK IT'S HIGH TIME THEY HAVE A COMPETITOR IN THE AREA OR THE SCHOOL SELLS IT'S OWN UNIFORM. THE ATTITTUDE AND STINKING SERVICE THEY OFFER IS ANNOYING.
