Definitely had an experience I will never forget with seeff agent, Laetitia Du Plesis and STBB lawyers. I was the purchaser of what seemed like a beautiful home and at a bargain! (a fact of which I was reminded) I was asked if the sellers could stay on after the place was in my name, and I hesitantly agreed,and honestly wish I would have pushed harder to not let them stay on. But I felt pressured by both the agent and the lawyers(STBB). The place I got after the sellers moved out was left in a terrible state. Dog feaces of what looked like months had been piled up and left to rot in the yard. Inside the property itself was left very dirty and many doors was broken. The fact that anyone would think that this is an acceptable way to hand over a property, and this after I had essentially done them a favor by having them stay on. I confirmed more than once time and date when they would be moving out, as I put things in place to ensure that place does not stand empty. But sellers made changes to their date on minute 99,and property was left empty for a few hours, in which it was broken into and taps, basins and oven was ****** and broken, on top of everything else. I was told so many times I was "sweet" for letting the sellers stay on, and I guess no good deed goes unpunished. I have definitely learned my lesson about trying to be nice to accommodate others people's needs. If I am ever in the market to sell or purchase property, I will definitely not be using seeff Strand and STBB. Very very disappointed.

Being body shamed by one of the employees. I would like to express my distaste in the behavior of one of your male employees at your branch in Parow Centre. I enquired about a dress that I had previously seen in your window, to which he rep**** the dress would not have fit me because I am fat. Please note this is very Dissapointing behavior, and your employees should not be speaking this way to a customer. I am highly disgusted by this and I will not ever be returning to any of your branches. I have purchased from your shops before, but now you have lost me as a customer. A very Disappointed customer

The bellville branch, really cold food, chops not even fried properly, still hard, the place is less than 10 minutes from my house but food comes cold? ***. Gets order wrongs, forgets to add cooldrink to orders. Really not impressed.

Bought R39 airtime to buy the 2gb 3 days bundle, which is under the "hot deals" section. Tried to purchase it,but my airtime disappeared. Called cell c,and had to call more than 10 times because apparently cell c doesn't have competent staff able to assist me. Spoke to a lady (ref nr: 23051800000848016) who advised that a subscription took the airtime I had purchased, I informed her that I did dail *133*1# to check for subscriptions but it said 'There are no active subscription services on this number'. So how could it possibly have been a subscription. She said she could see on the system that it was a hot deals subscription. I then had to explain to her that hot deals are not a subscription, it is part of the special deals which one could purchase. You would think someone working at cell c would be aware of this. I then furthermore explained to her that I did try and purchase the R39 hot deals data deal. But I could not, it said not enough airtime for the purchase despite the fact that I had just bought the R39 airtime. My balance upon checking was R0.02 and I checked my data balances which did not reflect the hot deals purchase which I made. So cell c took my airtime but did not provide me with the data. So you guys are *****ing from a person now too. Wow 👌 I then asked to speak to a supervisor who she said was conveniently not available .I called back again and was on hold for more than 20 minutes. I called over 10 times and still no one is able to assist me. If I am not provided feedback asap I will be Taking this matter up with my lawyers, I will not allow cell c or anyone to ***** from me, does not matter if it was only a R39,it is about the principle. Really disappointing service from cell c. Wish I could give you a 0 star or better yet -5. Wow honestly the unprofessionalism and plain disregard for your customers is pathetic.
